We inform you about your rights and support you, e.g.:

- Housing / Needs-based housing—no apartment search
- Medical Care / Health (Legal Advice) Do you lack health insurance and therefore cannot receive medical care? Do you need an assistive device (e.g., a wheelchair), but no one is covering the costs? Do you need advice on nursing care or other health-related assistance? We provide legal advice. We are not doctors.
- Family-related needs (e.g., parenting support)
- Residency: Has your asylum application been denied, but do you have health or other reasons that prevent your deportation? Do you need to move to Berlin for specific reasons? We can advise you on your options or refer you to the appropriate agencies.

Together, we will identify the appropriate assistance for you and support you in filing applications and enforcing your rights.
